Sunside Apartments are available for check-in on arrival day after 3 p.m. Check-in and key pick-up is at our main business location, Apart-Hotel Panorama: Flachauer Strasse 147, A-5542 Flachau (coordinates: latitude: 47.34443528, longitude: 13.39157226).

Please check out of your accommodations on departure day by 10 a.m. This will allow us plenty of time to clean for incoming guests.

Enjoy the convenience of parking either in front of the house or in our free underground garage. You will also find shelters for motorbikes.

All of our apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, one or several rooms, bathroom with shower/WC, along with TV, safe, balcony or terrace, and a heating stove with wood to burn. Furthermore, each apartment has one space in the underground parking garage. VAT, electric, hot water, heating, room safe and bedclothes are included. Please bring your own toilet paper, kitchen- and table linens.

In addition to the amenities in your apartment, you will also find:

One big advantage of our apartments in Flachau is the flexibility you enjoy. Once you are here, decide whether you prefer buffet breakfast or half-board. Enjoy breakfast buffet or half-board at Apart-Hotel Panorama, which is 500 meters away. However you please, you can change your meal plans from one day to the next.

When you stay 2 nights or longer, the Flachau Summer Card is free of charge. Take advantage of many free offers, discounts, and participate in the organized activity program.

Pets are allowed in the apartments, We charge an additional € 15 per day, food not included.

In our apartments, you can take advantage of a free WiFi Internet connection.

Local taxes are not included in the apartment price (€ 3.00 per night, per person ages 15 and older).

In order to guarantee your booking, we request a deposit (the precise amount of which we will provide in timely fashion). Please transfer the deposit to our bank account.

The remaining amount due should be paid in cash once you are here.

A booking is also a purchase contract. In the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or premature departure, you will incur cancellation fees. For this reason, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance, such as is offered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Cancellations are handled in accordance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Guidelines.
